- Stuart was new to a General Management Position in Asia Pacific
and struggling to get buy-in for his procurement strategy. During
the Mentoring Intervention he successfully got executive sign-off
which provided $28m annual savings.
- Rasheed had a great idea but lacked the support necessary to
make it happen. With our help he gained top-level commitment which
allowed him to implement the idea. In 2004 this generated over
£4m new revenue.
- Ian was promoted to Sales Manager much to the annoyance of his
